Family counselor: Corona crisis is an opportunity for self-development

Under the title (Ramadan Family Stations), the coach and family consultant Dr. Ayoub bin Khaled Al-Ayoub urged a set of ethics that should be restored and the intention to deepen it in the souls during the holy month of Ramadan and in the period of curfew, which is a valuable opportunity for self-development and addressing many negatives.

In the direct meeting organized by the Asharqia Chamber represented by the Business Women Center Friday (5/8/2020), Al-Ayyoub focused on the attribute of "tolerance", as he said that it is one of the benevolent behaviors that God Almighty described in the Holy Quran as "beautiful forgiveness", which means starting from the new page in dealing with others, explaining that "hatred means allowing others to live in our minds without paying rent, and if that abuser does not deserve forgiveness, he should pay rent, and the most beautiful thing in a Muslim is to sleep and there is no cheating, envy, or hatred in his heart one.

He stressed the necessity of making the intention to improve the relationship with others, especially those close to them (family, children, and grandchildren), based on the noble hadith: “Your good is your best for his family.” This matter is not a luxury nor a luxury, but rather an intention in the heart that is reflected in the behavior and dealing, which should It carries the qualities of a dream, tolerance, and goodness in general.

He believes that the enjoyment of these behaviors means a true understanding of life, saying that many people do not discover the true meaning of life until they are about to die (or at calamity), then they pay attention to the deepest meanings of life and realize everything that they have missed, while we are supposed to live life, It is not a "rehearsal" that can be re-scenes, and this should be behavior. It is not necessarily a crisis for us to remedy our situations. The crisis is an opportunity to restore our roles and develop from our lives, but change is supposed to be part of our daily behavior.

He pointed out that adults (parents and brothers) are role models with or without intent, and if they see them who are younger than them in an active and keen situation for self-development then this is reflected on the conditions of the whole family, hence staying in the house imposed by the Corona pandemic is an opportunity to sit with individuals our families, and we are working to develop ourselves.
